Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Sungay prohibits any content or behavior involving sexual exploitation of minors. Accounts and content linked to CSAE are subject to immediate enforcement.

What is prohibited

  • Any sexual content involving a person under 18.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to exploit minors.
  • Sharing, requesting, or promoting child sexual abuse material.
  • Any behavior that facilitates CSAE, trafficking, or coercion of minors.

How to report CSAE concerns

  • In app: open Support and choose category "Child Safety / CSAE".
  • Web: use the Support page and select high severity.
  • Email: thegreatzero8@gmail.com with subject line "CSAE Urgent Report".

Include as much context as possible: user IDs, timestamps, message excerpts, media URLs, and why you believe a minor may be involved.

Enforcement actions

  • Immediate content removal where policy violation is identified.
  • Account suspension or permanent termination.
  • Restriction of related accounts tied to repeated or severe abuse.
  • Preservation of relevant records for compliance and legal review.

Legal and authority cooperation

  • Sungay may escalate credible CSAE incidents to legal counsel.
  • We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
  • Where required by law, we may report incidents to appropriate agencies.
