- Repeat offenders are escalated faster.
3) Enforcement
- Actions can include content removal and account restrictions.
- Severe violations may trigger immediate account termination.
- Policy logs are retained for compliance and audit support.
4) Follow-up
- Users can provide additional context through Support.
- Policy updates are reflected in public legal pages.
- High-risk cases can be routed to legal escalation.
Child safety and CSAE
Sungay has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). If you encounter content or behavior involving minors, report it immediately.
