Rules for using Sungay responsibly.

These terms summarize key usage expectations and enforcement outcomes for the Sungay community.

1) Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Sungay.
  • You are responsible for account security and account activity.

2) Community conduct

  • No harassment, coercion, impersonation, or hateful behavior.
  • No unlawful, abusive, or exploitative activity.
  • Respect consent in all interactions, online and offline.

3) Content standards

  • You are responsible for photos, messages, and public content you post.
  • Do not upload content that violates law or Sungay policy.
  • Content may be removed if it violates product rules.

4) CSAE prohibition

  • Sungay has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
  • Any CSAE-related material or conduct can result in immediate account termination.

5) Meetups and personal responsibility

  • Use caution and follow local laws when meeting others.
  • Sungay tools assist coordination but do not guarantee user behavior.
  • You are responsible for your choices and in-person interactions.

6) Enforcement rights

  • We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.
  • Severe cases may be escalated for legal review and authority cooperation.
